| Greenwood Pediatrics Received National Recognition as a Superior Practice by MGMA. MGMA (Medical Group Management Association) acknowledged Greenwood Pediatrics as one of three practices (among over 21,000 practices nationwide) to be a superior practice. Greenwood is only the second pediatric practice in the country to receive this recognition. Since our beginnings 15 years ago, our offices have found success by listening to patients, being open and receptive to staff, and resolving problems immediately. Greenwood receives respect among the medical community for our high emphasis on patient satisfaction. This has been achieved by using patient feedback as a basis for operations, patient education through our Owners Manual and our triage and advice based website. We have also been recognized for our long term community involvement as well as our program and operation efficiencies by way of expanding hours for flu, immunization, and Synagis Clinics. Our physicians are constantly seeking continuous improvement while maintaining a patient-centered practice. |
